Tillwell

For independent boutiques that already advertise

You’re paying for the clicks. So where are the customers?

Tillwell finds exactly where your Instagram and Facebook ad dollars leak between the ad and the checkout — then hands your team the fix, one leak at a time.

Two-week diagnostic · $1,500 · $500 back toward month one if you continue

Sound familiar?

More ad spend won’t fix a leaky bucket.

Most boutique owners in this spot aren’t short on effort. They’re short on a clear answer to one question: where does the sale fall apart?

“We’re doing all the things.”

Posting, emailing, boosting, running ads — and it still feels like something is missing.

The ad bill comes. The sales don’t.

Every month you pay for clicks, and you can’t say for sure what they actually bought you.

People visit. They just don’t buy.

The clothes are cute, the site is pretty, and the add-to-bag rate still makes no sense.

The math isn’t mathing.

You’ve put real money into the website and the ads before, and you’re not sure it ever paid off.

When ads don’t pay, it’s tempting to blame the ads. Sometimes it is the ads. Often it’s the page, the product details, the shipping surprise at checkout — or a cost per customer your margins were never going to support.

Where the money leaks

Think of your website as your store.

Every ad sale walks the same four steps. We measure each one, so instead of guessing, you know exactly which step is costing you the most.

  1. The window01

    Your ad

Do the right people stop and tap?

    We measure: Ad click-through rate

Common leak: Scroll-past ads, wrong audience, or a post that doesn’t say what to tap for.

  2. The door02

    The page they land on

Does it load fast and show what the ad promised?

    We measure: Landing-page view rate

Common leak: Slow pages, or an ad for one dress that drops people on your homepage.

  3. The shelf03

    Product & bag

Do they find it, trust it, and add it to the bag?

    We measure: Add-to-cart rate

Common leak: Missing sizes, unclear fit or returns, one photo, tiny buttons on a phone.

  4. The register04

    Checkout

    Do they actually finish paying?

    We measure: Checkout completion

Common leak: Surprise shipping, forced accounts, no Apple Pay or Shop Pay.

The bottom line: what each sale costs you in ads vs. what a customer is actually worth to you.

Bars show how a typical path narrows — an illustration, not anyone’s real data.

What you get

Clear answers, not another report you won’t read.

Everything comes back to two numbers: what each sale costs you in ads, and what a customer is actually worth to you. Then we work on closing the gap.

See what’s in each package
  • 1

    Your real numbers

What a customer is worth to you, the most you can afford to pay for one, and the ad return you need just to break even.

  • 2

    The one biggest leak

We measure every step from ad to checkout and name the single spot where the most money slips away.

  • 3

    Fixes your team can build

Not a 40-page report. Clear, ready-to-build specs with a short video walking your person through each one.

  • 4

Proof it shipped — and what it did

We check every change on your live site and report what moved, what didn’t, and what’s next.

How it works

Measure. Find the biggest leak. Fix it. Check it. Repeat.

  1. 1

    Diagnose

    2 weeks

We work out your break-even numbers, measure the path from ad to purchase, and find the biggest leak.

  2. 2

    Fix

    Each month

You get two ready-to-build fixes. Your team builds them — or, on Growth Partner, we build the small ones.

  3. 3

    Verify & repeat

    Each month

We check what shipped, compare against your starting point, report back, and move to the next leak.

Who it’s for

Built for boutiques already putting money behind their ads.

We do our best work with independent shops — one to a handful of locations — that sell online and want the ad spend to finally make sense.

You’ll probably be a good fit if…

  • You sell online on Shopify (or something similar)
  • You’re already running Instagram or Facebook ads, and have been for a couple of months
  • As a rough guide, you’re doing around $40k+ a month online and spending $4k+ a month on ads
  • Someone on your team (or a freelancer) can make site changes a few hours a month
  • You want honest numbers, even when they’re not pretty

We’re probably not right if…

  • You’re not running ads yet — that’s a traffic problem, and it comes first
  • You want a full redesign or a brand-new website
  • You want someone to run your ads day to day
  • You need guaranteed results

Not sure? Book a call anyway. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so — and point you somewhere that is.

Questions

The things owners ask us first.

Anything else? Ask on the booking form — a real person reads every one.

Do you run my ads?

No. We measure what your ads are doing and, when the ads are the leak, write a clear brief for whoever runs them. Keeping your ad person (or you) in charge of the ads keeps our advice honest.

Will you guarantee more sales?

No — and be careful with anyone who does. Every store is different, and small-store numbers are noisy. What we promise is a measured starting point, a clear diagnosis, written fixes, and an honest monthly readout of what changed.

I’m not a numbers person. Is that a problem?

Not at all. That’s the job. We turn your Shopify and ad numbers into a one-page scorecard in plain English, and walk you through it on a call.

Do I need a developer?

You need someone who can make changes to your store a few hours a month — a staff member, your ad person, or a Shopify freelancer. On Growth Partner we make the small changes ourselves.

What if my store is smaller than your “good fit” guide?

The diagnostic can still be worth it on its own: you’ll walk away with your break-even numbers and a prioritized do-it-yourself plan. We’ll tell you honestly if a monthly plan wouldn’t pay for itself yet.

What do you need from me to start?

A few numbers (margin, average order, ad spend) and read-only access to Shopify, your ads account, Google Analytics and your email tool. We send a simple checklist after you book.

Find out where your ad money is going.

Start with a two-week diagnostic. You’ll know what a customer is worth to you, where the sale is slipping away, and the five fixes that matter most — whether or not you keep working with us.
